Born in Delano, California, Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology with an emphasis in Law Enforcement from California State University, Fresno in 2005. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the prestigious Paralegal Studies Program at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Having several years of paralegal experience, Jessica has a background in and understanding of estate planning, business entity formation, real property transactions, and bankruptcy. Her best trait is probably her remarkable ability to work with people who are experiencing turmoil in their lives. Jessica is also a California Notary Public and a member of the Kern County Paralegal Association.
